Breaking news! We just had a falconry demonstration at the winery. Check out the pics! (Typically falcons only fly at Hahn winery during harvest time to protect the fruit from those pesky starlings.)
Utilizing falconers to frighten birds, rather than other potentially destructive methods, is just one more example of our sustainable practices in the vineyards and at the Winery.
