Yes it's cold outside. Really cold. And we can't think of a better way to stay warm than to throw another log on the fire and cook up a nice winter braise for dinner. We're partial to short ribs here at Hahn Winery, so take a peek at this video of a recent recipe we developed for our wine club. This recipe takes some time, but it's really simple to prepare. Wow! The ribs look incredibly awesome and very cool paired with the cheesy grits! Hope to make this dish soon and pair up with my favorite Hahn vinos....This guy needs to be on food network!
