Yes it's cold outside. Really cold. And we can't think of a better way to stay warm than to throw another log on the fire and cook up a nice winter braise for dinner. We're partial to short ribs here at Hahn Winery, so take a peek at this video of a recent recipe we developed for our wine club. This recipe takes some time, but it's really simple to prepare.
